Ember & Crown Intensives Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how payment, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for intensives offered by Ember & Crown Intensives LLC (“Ember & Crown Intensives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including The Ember Intensive, The Crown Intensive, and The Sovereign Rise Experience.

Reserving Your Intensive

Your intensive date is reserved once payment is received in full. After your discovery call, we will help you choose the intensive that best fits your needs and select your dates.

Payment Options

The Ember Intensive and The Crown Intensive. These intensives are paid in full at the time of booking.
The Sovereign Rise Experience. You may choose either of the following options:
  • Pay in full: $8,500
  • Payment plan: 3 payments of $2,900 ($8,700 total), billed every 2 weeks
Payment plans. If you choose the payment plan, your intensive will be scheduled to begin about one month after your first payment, so all payments are complete before we begin working together. If a payment is not received by its due date, we will reach out to you. If it remains unpaid, your intensive date may be moved until your payments are complete.

Cancellations and Refunds

Days are counted as calendar days before the first day of your intensive.
  • 21 days or more: All amounts paid, minus a $200 administrative fee, will be refunded.
  • 14 to 20 days: 50% of amounts paid, minus a $200 administrative fee, will be refunded.
  • Fewer than 14 days: Refunds are not available, as your reserved time cannot be offered to another client. If you are on a payment plan, any remaining payment is still due.
Administrative fee. The $200 administrative fee covers scheduling and preparation for your intensive, including your intake session if it has taken place.
After your intensive begins. Once your intensive begins, refunds are not available, including for any remaining integration support.

Serious Illness or Emergency

In cases of serious illness or emergency, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future intensive.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge when you request the change 14 or more days before your intensive begins. Rescheduling requests made fewer than 14 days before the start of your intensive carry a $300 rescheduling fee. Your new date must be within 6 months of your original date.

If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule

If we need to cancel or reschedule your intensive for any reason, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, email michele@emberandcrown.net. Your request is dated by the day we receive it.

Governing Law

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Craven County, North Carolina.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the Website with a new Effective Date. The policy in effect when you book your intensive applies to your booking.
